Wow!👏 I have nothing but great things to say about renting a vehicle through SIXT, a newly opened car rental on the Big Island (Kona). Their customer service was beyond our expectations. We were greeted by two employees Jenna and Jazzmin. They were so friendly, funny and kind they made my husband and I experience renting a vehicle go so smoothly! They even upgraded us to another vehicle which were so surprised and very happy with! If you need to rent a vehicle on the Big Island, I would highly recommend checking out SIXT, they are so close to Costco too! I also want to mention Billy! He helped us get the airport ontime and he was so pleasant to talk with. We will definitely be back! Thanks again for making our holiday stress free and looking cool in our upgrade! 😀
