My husband and I recently went on our first trip to Adelaide and decided to rent a car with Sixt, we didn’t realise how hot and spread out Adelaide was, we ended up doing a 1.5hr walk in 36 degree heat. On our arrival Chris the manager went above and beyond for us, giving us cold water and zooperdoopers, having us stand under the A/C while they organised the car for us. He upgraded our car to one with a navigation system to help us find our way around easier. He even printed a map of Adelaide and highlighted some places he recommends visiting - which we loved!
We were so impressed by the customer service of all the staff members and would definitely recommend them!
