We had an easy and hassle-free experience. We read reviews of this place before deciding on renting a car (was unsure of renting in Ecuador at all) and it's true: Carolina is incredibly helpful and kind, and no worries if you don't speak Spanish. The car was in fantastic condition and the process was smooth. We were able to take pictures of the car before taking off, and are very happy that we chose to rent with this company.
