Sixt El Gouna has been an exceptional experience, especially thanks to the fantastic agent Amany Wagih. Despite my delayed flight, Amany went above and beyond to assist me. She stayed late after work hours to ensure my car was ready for pick-up. Amany’s dedication and proactive approach were truly remarkable. Additionally, for a subsequent rental, she managed to make a car available for me even though it wasn’t listed as available on the app. The entire El Gouna team is exceptional, and I will definitely be returning to Sixt El Gouna for future rentals. They have truly earned my loyalty and will be my preferred rental car company from now on.

I’ve had a few minor hiccups with Sixt in the past, but I couldn’t be more impressed with the service I’ve received recently. The reason I’ve stayed loyal to Sixt is solely due to the incredible hospitality and white glove service provided by Ahmed Kamal. His professionalism and attention to detail are unmatched, and he’s gone above and beyond every step of the way to ensure my experience was smooth and enjoyable.
From handling issues with a smile to being proactive in resolving any concerns, Ahmed has made each rental experience feel effortless. His warm, positive attitude and commitment to customer satisfaction are truly commendable. Honestly, if it weren’t for him, I may have considered switching to another company, but his exceptional service has kept me coming back.

The service was excellent. I just wish I get the car I booked online. Only one car I checked out was the car I booked. All the other times it was substituted with a lower option.
