Service at the Croix de Noves agency was just excellent. We arrived out of breath last Thursday very near the 5:00 P.M. closing but the gentleman man at the desk made clear that it was no problem. He set us up with the rental with patience and courtesy and helped load the car, entered our destination into the GPS, and also changed the GPS's language for us. He worked overtime for us in a perfectly gracious manner.
He was professional, friendly, supportive. In a word, superb.
I do have a question, though: I'm new to renting from SIXT and so my not being given paper copies of the documents at the time of the rental ( detailing things like any existing flaws or the level of fuel etc.) is its procedure. I may have misunderstood but I thought I heard the papers would be emailed to me. I've not yet received them. Should I be concerned?
