I am grateful for the kind staff here. I ended up here with 5 of us and an 8 month old baby with the wrong sized car after EasyJet made an infuriating mistake (I was quoted and confirmed an SUV, but was given a mini instead - I confirmed this mistake was made by EasyJet). And was absolutely stressed out. The staff were kindly, and offered various solutions. In the end I took one of the proposals.

And upon my return as well, I had a bit of a nightmare trying to get to the EFFIA parking and ended up arriving later than the closing time by almost 10 minutes. I was almost in tears, but again, Monsieur Plantini showed up kindly and assured me to take my time. Return was painless and a relief.
Overall my experience with SIXT was pleasant. But I will deal with them directly next time.
EASYJET car booking was a horrible experience.
