I was leery of renting with Sixt, as I wasn't familiar with the company and had read a range of reviews online. But my experience over all was good and I'll use Sixt again. Wadih was professional, friendly, and helpful. He was a bit more aggressive trying to sell additional insurance than I would prefer (I have high coverage with my credit card), but he explained the coverage well and completed my rental without problem. The cars are stored in a nearby garage, several floors below street level and requiring a few flights of stairs (with luggage) before getting to the elevator. All in all, a good experience and I will rent from Sixt in future.
