This is 100% a real review. I would 100% recommend this Sixt location. We had the pleasure of working with Cedric and he went ABOVE and BEYOND, literally walked us a few blocks to our car and helped us with our car seat (and helped up get the right one). Called us personally to tell us when our car was ready. If only we had service like this in the States. I've been working with customers in my sales job for years and one thing I can tell you about him is that he is a true professional. He even offered our son a toy packet to keep him busy while he took us step by step though everything. Whatever his position is and whatever he is getting paid, he needs to be promoted and paid more compensation. Thank you, Cedric!!
