There was no-one at the Sixt counter when we arrived which was slightly disappointing as they knew we were coming but after ringing the contact number, somebody was with us within 5 or 6 minutes. The pick up procedure was very straightforward and the agent was very friendly and helpful. The agent didn't walk around the car with us to confirm any damage instead he explained where the damage was and advised us to take pictures as a backup in case of any dispute. The area where the car was parked isn't too far away from the ferry terminal but could be difficult for anyone with mobility problems. I don't think the car was the exact model I'd ordered but it was in good condition, very comfortable and easy to drive. We returned the car a week later. The procedure was to park in the same car park area (entry code required) and return the keys to the ferry terminal. There was nobody at the desk when we got back so we posted the keys in the drop box. All in all, pretty happy with the experience and would hire from that Sixt location again.
