In a stressful situation for us (we needed a replacement car after our own car broke down), Franck proved to be extremely competent, patient and friendly in dealing with the rental request at short notice and with our questions. He thought ahead and took initiative to facilitate the process as much as possible and to get us on our way in comfort as quickly as possible. His attention to customer satisfaction was clear from a call we received before visiting the branch asking us about our car preferences, and also when he arranged for us to choose from three different car models at pick up. Overall our experience with Sixt stood out positively, and I would wholeheartedly recommend this branch.
