Super friendly and helpful. The location is only 2 miles from the train station so it is an easy taxi ride. We needed to get our recumbents back to home base and Sixt and the crew here at Mietwagen came through for us with the perfect solution. Highly recommend!

The staff was friendly and the condition of the rental car was clean and in good shape. However, one small disappointment was that I expected to receive a sedan like the BMW 520, Mercedes-Benz E-Class, or Audi A6 40(because the vehicle group was premium limousine), but instead, I got a Volvo XC60 SUV, which was a bit of a letdown. However, I was satisfied with the overall service, including customer service.
I will definitely use SIXT again.
