Didn't have any problems with the car rental. Took the smart insurance package and didn't face any "false claims" as many others here seem to be complaining. One thing to be noted is that the cars may not have the Swiss highway toll vignette, so you might have to purchase that. I had booked a compact SUV, but that wasn't available so I was given a kombi with better features for no extra price, so no complaints there. Staff were also nice and courteous. The station is located nearby the Schwarzwaldstrasse S bahn station so that's convenient as well.
