The SIXT branch is located in the arrival hall. Once out of the arrival area, go right and proceed the hallway, you can find us on the left hand side.
From counter to car/Shuttle-Service
Facing the branch, walk towards the right end airport, exit the sliding doors, turn immediately left and reach the shuttle bus stop number 8. Get the free shuttle bus to parking P3 which will drive you to our car park. Once got off the bus, go to the right end of the parking until you reach our cabin.
By car
The airport is situated about 45 km from Milan and can be reached easily by car or public transport. If you are coming from the SS671 take the Exit Seriate and follow directions to the airport. If you are following the SS671 from the northwest just exit at Bergamo and follow the A4 until you reach the airport.
Return information
The SIXT car park is located outside the airport, in P3 parking. Coming from the motorway at the first roundabout, take the first exit, go to parking P3, Via Campo Grande, 24126 Bergamo.

I was afraid after reading reviews, but at the end it was fine. I had a reservation for Fiat 500, after 30min in line at the counter ended with new Fiat Panda. Friendly personel at the counter and parking lot. On the return there was no one to check the car, but nothing was added to final price. Just waiting for 300€ deposit to be returned to my account. Opening hours or return system might be improved, I had flight 6am but had to return the car day before 10pm due to opening hours.
