For march 3rd, I had booked a BMW 1 series for a day to be picked-up at Milan, Malpensa airport. Only at the departure airport I realised my flight was going to Linate (not Malpensa). only toook me 5 minties tp change my booking and that was hassle-free. At Linate airport, a lovely lady called Amira, was very helpfull and handed over the keys to exactly the car I had reserved (not a "similar" car as so often happens, whis by the way is rarely really similare, more often cheaper...). Not the cas here. Easy to work with online, pleasant staff and great car. Happy me. Kind regards, Tom
