This shuttle leaves from the ground floor of Pisa Airport and its stop is located in front of a white gazebo with a sign that says "Shuttle Bus Rent a Car”. You can also go to the rental car parking area on foot, which takes about 5 minutes. To return your vehicle, follow signs for car rental parking, and head to P5. Very friendly staff, very straightforward transaction. Didn't get the car I ordered, does anybody? Not sure about the refuelling charges. Very likely to use Sixt again after some horrible experiences with others and have been telling my friends!
