Laura the rental agent was friendly and helpful. Getting out of the garage and back to the Marriot was difficult. There was no mobile reception in the parking garage and I chose the wrong exit and got stuck in traffic going opposite direction of the hotel. Car was great and overall experience at pick up very good.

What a fantastic experience renting from Sixt! Ludovica was the NICEST person to work with, and we are very grateful for her assistance. We had originally rented through Expedia, only to find out that they did not include the mandatory CDW and Theft insurance (specific to Italy) which we’d have to add on by law. In addition, the American Express card we used to pay with excludes Italy (be warned about this as we had no idea!). So we wanted to switch to our Chase Sapphire Reserve card which does include Italy for car rental insurance, and had to cancel the original and then rebook to charge it through the Chase card. It was a tricky situation, and Ludovica was patient with us despite our frustration with the situation (which was not Sixt’s fault). She helped us the whole way through. I highly recommend Sixt if you ever need to rent a car here! Thank you so much! :)
