My experience with Sixt was excellent from start to finish. The app is super easy to use, and it keeps you informed with clear notifications about every step, making the process very simple. At the Sixt office in Gothenburg Landvetter Airport, the service was 10/10. The staff member who assisted us was incredibly friendly, professional, and even helped us in Spanish, which was a wonderful detail. I wish I had asked for his name to mention him here! Picking up the car was quick and efficient. I had reserved the category "Volvo XC40 or similar" and received a Volkswagen Tiguan instead. Although it had a minor detail, thanks to the protection I had purchased (CTI Drive Safe, tire and glass protection, and toll services included), they assured me it wasn’t something I needed to worry about. The car was in excellent condition and a pleasure to drive. Returning the car was also straightforward. I dropped the keys in the mailbox before 7:00 a.m., and the process was hassle-free. The only thing that could be improved is the time it takes to refund the deposit, but that’s just a minor suggestion. Overall, the service was flawless – a 10/10 in every aspect. I 100% recommend Sixt to anyone looking for convenience, efficiency, and outstanding customer service. I will definitely choose them again for my next trip! 🚗✨
