No other rental car company had a rental car available so we tried Sixt. We had never heard of the company before. They provided a car, worked with us on the price, were very helpful and courteous, and even provided us with a bottle of water. When we returned home I immediately signed up for their loyalty program. Customer service is an important factor when we consider who we do business with and Sixt now has new members of their loyalty program.
