Working with the staff and crew at the SIXT Studio City location on Ventura Blvd. was a breeze. I had a simple mistake with an over-charge on my credit card, which the company quickly resolved. The credit back to my card showed up within 24 hours. They are a friendly group of people. Who doesn’t like friendly? If I’m not flying in or out of the airport, SIXT is my go to rental car company for all my rental car needs. SIXT also beats out any other app based car rental company. This was my second time picking up a car from Sixt in this Studio City branch. Everything went smooth. I was looking a good balance between comfort and economy. Stephan, the sales agent, offered the VW Tiguan. It was a good choice. I particularly liked it when Stephan said, the previous renter complained about the AC being a little too weak for going to AZ. I like this kind no-non-sense honest information which helps you make a quick decision if you want to change your mind before you take the car out. In fact, after turning the car on, it was pretty hot at the pickup time around 95, it turned out AC was fine. Thank you Sixt.
